Oakbridge is open during the school season for retreats, meetings, conferences, and special events for schools, churches or businesses. During a portion of the summer months, Oakbridge is home to our Young Life program.

Pricing

The price per person will depend on the number of nights, your accommodations, number of meals, whether you stay mid-week or weekend and any additional paid attractions such as the Ropes Course, Rock Wall, or Skate Park. Our prices include housing, meals, meeting space, AV equipment, and most amenities.

FYI

Our prices are always very reasonable - you'll get a lot of bang for your buck. However, we are happy to offer even better rates during the months of November and December for

mid-week retreats.

Review requirements and rates

Once a date and rates are agreed upon, Oakbridge will send you a contract and a nifty little packet of information to help you prepare for your retreat.

You have two weeks to sign the contract and send it back to us with a deposit check for 15% of the minimum due.

Our lovely Guest Services Department will keep in touch with you along the way to ensure that there are no last minute surprises when you arrive.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Retreats: For exclusive use of the camp, we require a minimum of 150 guests. For non-exclusive use we require a minimum of 40 or 100 depending on your accommodations.

Work Crew (KP duty): Oakbridge requires a group of folks to help with dining service for each meal. We have several Work Crew options for you to choose from - so please give us a call for the details.

Medical Provider: Each group is required to provide their own EMT or Nurse or Doctor - they stay for free. However, if you are not able to provide one, Oakbridge can hire one at a fee of $325

Lifeguard: A certified lifeguard must be present during pool use. If you are not able to provide one, we can hire one for you. The charge is $15 an hour.

Insurance: Each group is required to provide a certificate of insurance covering the entire group.

Contract & Deposit: The contract must be signed, dated and sent back within 2 weeks along with a check for 15% of the minimum due.

Payment: Final payment must be made with one check upon arrival. Please make check payable to: Young Life Oakbridge. Your host will collect the check and if there is a balance at the end of your retreat, we will send you an invoice for the remaining amount - due within 10 days.
